Our goal is to actually make you walk in the shoes of our customers that are underserved and underbanked.  You will be given a profile based on a real customer that we have interviewed.  As that customer, you will be given a set of challenges/activities, that you must accomplish.  However, you must accomplish them as someone who does not have access to the traditional financial tools that most of us take for granted
